Your initial 1-hour session is complimentary! During this initial session, we will assess your needs and discuss how best I can help you. We can talk about your goals and work together to create a plan to help you achieve them. We will also discuss the techniques, methods, and approaches that I use to help my clients. I will answer any questions you have about my services and give you a better understanding of how I would work with you.
